Did you know that the first robotic toy was found in Sears department store in 1954? Even though most Sears have gone out of business robot toys have not luckily.
I remember seeing my first robot toy in elementary school during science class. We had to put the robot together working in a team and that’s when I first started getting my taste of coding but didn’t know that what it meant at the time.
STEM toys and activities in the earlier years were very popular amongst little boys but now becoming more inclusive for girls to get into the field as early as age 5. Teaching your child STEM at a young age is the way to go if they’re interested in electronic and love to tinker with things that require them to think outside of the box.
